{sometimes i wonder?}

About our friend Joel, that is. We were out to dinner with one of our favorites, Joel and Tera and their sweet little girl Carley. Wingers was the choice, which we were very excited about. So we get there, sit down, start talking....totally enjoying ourselves because we didn't have our kids. Well, Carley is an angel child and Joel was holding her. Suddenly he decides to put his daughter up on the table right where his HUGE glass of water was. All of us watch in wonder, thinking is he really going to put Carley right on his drink? Not much to our surprise he did. The HUGE glass of water went right in to Mr. Joel's lap. I was rolling with laughter, as was everyone else. Carley just kicked it perfectly in to her dads lap. The funny thing about this is it was in such slow motion that we thought for sure he wouldn't do something so stupid. We're grateful he did because it was something for us to laugh about and all the other people sitting in Wingers to laugh about too. Thanks for the fun night Meyer's!!!!!
