The boys have been missing Jake. We don't get to see him all that much because he started his Internal Medicine rotation. Sometimes it will be a couple of days before the boys see him. And when they do they are all over him. They follow him everywhere.
Jake was trying to get some dinner when he got home one night and the boys wouldn't leave his sight.




I love that Nolan and Luke love their daddy so much but it does make it hard when Nolan asks when daddy is coming home and I can't tell him when.
It has gotten better since we got back. The boys have sort of got the idea that daddy is at the hospital. They better get use to this because he will start surgery in a few weeks and that will be even worse.
Poor Jake is going to be so tired. Most people get to come home and sleep after working over night but Jake maybe gets a few winks and then the kids are all over him. We love you daddy!
