{let's go fly a kite}

On the last day Eric was here we decided to take him on a tour of Milwaukee. Once we started driving we thought we should show him Lake Michigan.
We headed for a park by the lake and came across this cute little kite shop. There were windmills and flying banners and of course kites.
It was a perfect day to fly a kite so we purchased one there. It was ridiculously priced but well worth the fun. Nolan loved it!!! He was pretty much in heaven. Between the twirling circles and gum ball machine he couldn't have been happier.






After we flew the kite for awhile we went and got Nolan some gum balls. He was fascinated by how they came out. Who knew circles were so much fun.





Funny story about the gumballs. We were driving later to get something to eat and Nolan starts saying from his seat, "Wash hands. Get off." I look back and immediately start laughing. Nolan had attempted to eat the blue gumball and only got as far as the blue coloring that came off all over his hands and face. Note to self, know that the coloring in gumballs only comes off after multiple washings. Still funny as heck though!!!
