{finally}

Nolan's friend "Kate the great" came over with her parents for dinner on Saturday night. These kids just love each other. They play so well together.
While we were eating we figured that they were best be entertained by Elmo. So in the DVD went. We were so right. The kids were glued to the TV and we, the parents, were able to enjoy a nice meal without much interruption.
The meal was amazing I might add. Jake and I made Cafe Rio salads. I haven't had that in such a long time. Oh how I miss that sweet taste. I can't wait till May when I can have it all I want.
Lets back track a little to explain the video of Nolan. Nolan has never, I mean never shown any interest in dancing. I have been so saddened by this. But....we have been watching a video clip of his cousin Charlie almost every day for the past week and I think it is rubbing off.
We were in the store on Saturday looking for some new dress clothes for Jake and Nolan just froze and starting bobbing up and down. I immediately hit Jake and said, "Look, Nolan is dancing!" Jake, however, didn't think that he was. I knew for sure that he was trying.
So later on that night while we were eating with our friends Nolan turned on Michael Jackson and started doing the same exact thing he did in the store. I was right!!!!!! Ha, ha Jake. I told you so.
Nolan is slowly but surely trying to dance, thanks to the cute little video of his cousin Charlie. Nolan every day asks, "Watch Charlie shake it?"
