{2 month check up}

I'm a little late on posting the stats on little "Lugie". Better late than never. He had his 2 month check up! Already? My baby is growing up so fast. I love it though! They are so much fun the older they get.
Luke is now smiling at us. And he does it a ton now! So fun. He is also babbling all day long. It is so cute when we hear him give us some squeaks.

Now about Luke's check up. I really haven't had that hard of a time adjusting to two kids. Nolan, for the most part, is great. But, of course, not for the appointment. Nolan was a naughty little boy. I was so embarrassed. He was throwing a tantrum right when they called us back. I mean, down on the floor kicking and screaming. Yeah, nice I know. We finally got back there and then Luke started up along with Nolan continuing his tantrum. I'm sure the doctor was outside the door wishing she didn't have to go in to our room.

The doctor was nice enough and came in with a smile. I love our Pediatrician. Luke is growing like a weed. He is 9 lbs, 11 oz and 22 1/2 inches long!!!!! I know!!! Great! He has gained almost 5 lbs in 2 months. Wahoo! And you can definitely tell in the pictures with his double chin. I love it. He is just like Nolan, chubby face, skinny body.
Luke is always wanting to stand up. He holds his head up like a champ. Tummy time is going wonderfully. He can hold his head up for most of the time. We will work our hardest to have him crawling by the time we get to Utah or at least being in Utah.
The only thing bad about our little Lugie is he is pretty colicky. He cries for most of the day and will only take afternoon naps in his bouncer with the vibrator on. And he isn't sleeping very well in the night either. It's like clockwork. He gets up every morning @ 5:30 am and fusses until about 7:30. Feeding is still every three hours during the night. It's killing me and Jake. However, his colicky behavior doesn't make us love him any less. We still can't get enough of him. And mornings will slowly get better. And when we see him smile at us we totally forget about all the other bad things. We love you Lugie!!!

That's so sad he has colic. Hopefully it just gets better (including the nighttime feedings). He is such a cute little baby. Good for you adjusting to two children. I'm a little nervous about how it will be.
