We have upgraded to a toddler bed for Nolan. And it's no ordinary bed, it's a FIRETRUCK bed!!!
We saw this on target.com and couldn't resist getting it for Nolan. He really doesn't understand that it is going to be his bed but that is why we got it early enough so that he can get use to it. Right now he thinks it's a really big toy that he can jump on all day long. 
Nolan was such a good little helper with daddy. Yeah right, that only lasted about 5 minutes and then Jake made us get out so that he could assemble it without any interruptions. Not nice! But the bed was finished in no time and Nolan was more than excited, as you can tell from the picture of him throwing around his blanket.
Hopefully Nolan will transition okay to sleeping in a big boy bed. We really need to get Luke out of our room. He is the loudest sleeper ever!
We did it! The year of walking!
