I have finally gotten back in the swing of things, now that I am only 18 weeks along. Yes, that's right my friends.... I started working out again! It seems like it has been forever. I just never felt good enough to go or something came up and I couldn't go. I was so sick of feeling so yucky so I made a goal that I need to go to the gym at least 3 or 4 times a week. So far this week I have already gone twice!!! Nolan loves going to the little daycare they have. Today he just walked right in and didn't even look back to say bye. I can see where I stand when it comes to toys. But really I am so grateful that I am able to have this gym membership and keep my body in check. My body needs to work out or it just feels wrong. I do use up alot of my energy just to get to the gym but I know it will be worth it in the end.
This pregnancy has really taken a number on me with sleep. Since we knew we were pregnant I haven't slept through the night. And it's not because I have to pee the whole time, I just lie awake and stare at the ceiling. Because of that I am soooo tired throughout the day. Anyway, now I am just babbling on but I wanted to congratulate myself on sticking to it. And lets just hope I don't blow up like a balloon in this pregnancy! Here's to working out and staying healthy!!!!!
