178th Annual General Conference

I am so looking forward to General Conference this weekend!!!!! I never realized how simple it was to watch it back in Utah. We either have to go to the Stake Center or watch it on our tiny laptop for all of the sessions. We don't have cable so we can't watch in on TV. It was so nice back home to be able to put it on the TV and sit and watch our wonderful Prophet speak and his Apostles speak.

I'm hoping this time around we will be able to listen to majority of the talks. Having a kid totally changes everything!! It is hard to pay attention to the wonderful talks that are prepared when you are making sure that your child isn't pulling all of the toilet paper off of its roll.
I can't wait to hear from our new Prophet, President Thomas S. Monson. We are so fortunate to be able to hear from all of the apostles through television, radio, and magazines. Technology is wonderful! What would we do without it?
I love this gospel so much!!!!! I am so grateful that we are able to work at it everyday and that when we stumble we can get right back up with the Lord's help. I know the Lord blesses me and my family out here in Milwaukee. I know that through our own faith the Lord will help us and guide us to where we need to be. I'm sure that you will be hearing from me in the next couple of days about some amazing talks. Enjoy conference everyone and the beautiful outdoors of Utah!!
