What is a summer without going to the fireworks. I don't think there has been a summer yet that Jake and I haven't gone to at least one show. It was so fun to take Nolan. He definitely wasn't ready for all the big booms and bright lights. Maybe next year he will like it a little better. Nolan is starting to grab everything and immediately puts it in his mouth. He has really been enjoying his little wiggle worm play gym. He giggles almost the entire time. He loves his bouncer and when you hold him standing up. He never wants to sit down.
As for Jake and myself, we are just preparing to leave for Milwaukee. We leave in about 2 weeks now. I can't believe it is already here.
All of the nurse's Jake works with threw him a bbq on friday. We had a great time. Nolan was great and loved everyone who held him. All the people Jake worked with are going to miss him and he will miss them as well.
We have been so blessed to have such amazing people in our lives. We are trying to soak in every moment!
