I loved what I read on Kendra's blog! I was out running on Saturday and was thinking of all the things that I love so much about Wisconsin. So thanks to Kendra, I am going to give you...

ThE ToP tEn ReAsOnS wE lOvE, lOvE, lOvE iT hErE iN tHe, "LaNd Of ThE gOoD eArTh!"

• Our cul-de-sac hold dessert night every Sunday. Mmmm!
• There are about 10,000 lakes in the state of Wisconsin. Too bad we don't have a boat, but it is still, so beautiful.
• The way the people here say, "bag and oh yeah." Hopefully we can pick up some type of accent.
• How many good friends that we are making here.
  
• The beautiful streets are full of tree after tree after tree..... It makes the daily runs so enjoyable.
• Jake's M1's baseball team and how they played the game with their glove in one hand and a beer in the other. Only in Wisconsin, right.
• The Milwaukee sneak. This is when you are at a light and there is only one lane but "they" make it two, sometimes three, and sneak in front of you when the light turns green but then don't even go the speed limit.
• There is guaranteed a rummage sale every weekend throughout all of Milwaukee and the surrounding towns. You can find some great things at them.
  
• The cold chill in the air that lets us know fall is coming. I can't wait to see what the tree filled streets will look like when the leaves change colors!
• My very favorite thing about Wisconsin is when I go running I am always running into block parties. And these aren't your typical parties. They literally block off the entire block and have fun blow up toys and games and yummy smelling food and of course beer! I haven't seen a block party in years and when I run into one it makes me smile.

So I hope that you have felt a little bit of love for our town, Milwaukee. We love it here and are learning new things everyday. Thanks Kendra for the idea and the enlightenment. We can't wait to see everyone in December. Take time to enjoy the fall season. It is such a beautiful time!
